Work it baby

In relation to my goals listed on the side of this page, I'm finally working seriously on the, "Become uber fit and insanely hot". On second thoughts, I don't think serious can be used in relation to that - it's a little ridiculous.

Anyway, I've taken the first stride (haha) toward getting back to my lean mean Gemma machine body I had during high school. Graduating from high school and attending uni has meant a few things for me, but most noticeably; I do a heap less sport. This is upsetting because I used to do a little bit of everything, like:


Track & Field.


Soccer.


Volleyball.


Running while costumed.



Swimming in uniform.




Kayaking.


Pingpong?

Haha just kidding, but I was seriously more active, training and playing games twice a week for school sport, tae kwon do twice a week and doing HPE as a senior subject. This kept me really lean and it's only now when I'm on holidays, sitting around tempted to snack when I look in the mirror and gasp, " Where did my beautiful athleticism go!?"

So, believe it or not, I've either been running, bike riding or walking in the park EVERY day now. I'm pretty proud because I'm working myself hard and before you know it, that tight little bodesse will be strutting down your street turning heads and causing car crashes. Want to get sweaty with me?

  2. Lachlan! You made my day. I LOVE comments! Yes I know, but I'm not building any muscle, just trimming this stuff and toning! I miss our lunches and random ponderings of our invetitable doom. Better have matching breaks next semester!
