New Year, Same Old Habits

Well I missed quite a few large events but have a blog summing them all up anyway! Not the most entertaining, but if you like to snoop - good snooping juice.

Happy Belated New Year. Yup I've been busy. Christmas was delightful (woops I didn't even blog Christmas!? My bad) I got very very spoilt.

My New Years was wild! I celebrated it right, getting right into the teenage get smashed off your face scene and had a quite enjoyable blurry experience. How was yours?

Anywho, with the New Year not a whole lot changed and of course my mother instructed me to;

CLEAN YOUR ROOM OR YOU WON'T LEAVE THE HOUSE!

Now this doesn't phase me normally, but it actually really was filthy so mostly for my dog's health I did a huge week long clean up. This is the evidence to prove my room was once clean, because this image will be a thing of the past in a week - promise.


This is the view you get when entering the room - note the Licorice All Sort colour scheme ( pink, black, white, black, green ) I'll never regret it! BAHA.
This is my mirror display, I store all my jewerelly there now because all my makeup lives... Here! Probably the most practical purchase I've made in a long time - it literally holds every single piece of my makeup with space left over still. Impressive I know.

This is my clean desk - holding my baby laptop, a multitude of candles (they are the best) and some other stuff.This divine dragon protects my hard earned cashhh from my long fingered brother.
My old GOAL poster read, "OP1 for fish", and considering I got pretty close to that, the theory of having your goals where you can see them rings true with me. My new goals are pretty much based around having fun and doing everything I haven't done before. I'll make sure to cross them off as I do them - any additions?

My clothes and bags live in my hanger wardrobe now which is a big bonus because it never really fit well into my other cuboards. I just need more hangers, argh.
Recently, my order for a TimBuk2 Laptop backpack for UNI was finally delivered much to my joy. I'm pretty keen to try it out, it's customised so it has a waterproof (not waterresistant like most) cover and some pink sides because eew, who wants a boy bag.

Another order I made for Migi Nail Art Pens in Silver came the other day too! This actually excited me beyond BELIEF because I like arty things, and If I can get good enough to pull off good looking nail jobs then I'll be pleased. I have't got a photo to show you what I've done yet, but I will soon. If you have any suggestions on what I should attempt, please tell me, although I've scoured almost every nail art blog and snagged my favourite styles.

I've got something really really cool to show you, but I can't until it's done ( February? )

Just a filler post, so people don't start head hunting me, I'll get my funny bones on soon. ish.
