Festive Spirit!

3rd December: I've GOT THE JOLLY'S: Location: Melanie's Room, Carindale Shopping Centre

I return from Christmas pressie shopping, all the merrier, and all the poorer :P

So, i babysat the other day, and earnt a nice tasty delicious $50, of which is now, down to about $3. You see, that's why I dont have a phone, i chow through money like you wouldn't believe - im not even a shopaholic or nothing!

But it was for a good cause, because my mission today was to purchase gifts for my parents, and seeing as i HAD money, it makes it much more fun. You see, i never used to have money, using my parents as an ATM whenever i needed dough when going out. However, because i HAD money, i had CHOICE and freedom to buy what i think was special.

So, as i was with mummy and mike, mummy pointed me to things shed like, so mum and I worked out which blush she'd like for christmas, and i bought it for her. Sadly, i could not find somethign for daddy yet, im still working on it. During all this happy shopping, where the shops are beautifully decorated and the sweet santa (who'se really a seedophile - maybe its chloe?) gives little children their festive messages, i was the one who seemed to get all the gifts!

You see, mum and I happened across a new little shop which had SO MANY CUTE DRESSES, so while we got happily drawn in, Mike ditched for the book shop. After trying on numerous dresses, we narrowed it down to two. An INSANELY unique and totally Melanie sorta dress, well actually its not 'melanie' its just gemma :D Like insanely wierd but wonderful at the same time.

I'll show you sometime ey? And the other one was a cute day sorta floraly dress that was mega nice, but seeing as dough is low, i just bought the INSANELY Gemma dress

Not to mention dresses, i also bought myself a new eyeliner today, while helping mum pick out makeup - thank god for that, i am now happily panda eyed again.

After such a hefty shopping effort, i rewarded myself with a trip to the library - oh sweet novels, how i've missed you! Its been like, what, 3 days since i read a book. shudders. im going into decline! So i nabbed some differenet sorta boooks (oh ha-ha amy, not those books) a book about wolves and what not (DogBoy) which i swear i've read before, a new Redwall book i didn't know existed and something i chose at random about a romeo juliet situation. Ill keep you posted on what im up to ey :D I've already read half of the DogBoy on the drive home from Carindale :P Speed Reader - you're jealous aren't you.

However, the point of this blog, was not to just tell you about my day, but to tell you of my JOYOUS CHRISTMAS SPIRIT. Yes Amy, im filled with the spirit - of christmassss <3

Can't you feel it? What? You can't? You lie, look, right there, that lady pushing the pram smiling at you, because you smiled at her cute little kid. That there is the spirit im talking about! The spirit of which without, would make that lady with the pram take a sharp u-turn and hightail outa your way. I swear, im not gonna steal your baby >.<

All i want for christmas is you and Jingle Bells personal babies! I sing them all year round.

As you've seen throughout the blog - pictures of my sweet little Tia dressed in her festive gear. I forgot to mention, i felt it was neccessary to buy Tia a christmas gift, so i got her some reindeer ears, of which she despises - but she looks ever so cute. After flinging off her ears, i robed her in a nice wreath, for which i got some nasty doggy evils...nice Tia nice, just a few more pictures -AHH don't bite me!

Another shout out - thanks gaven for the cool basketball pictures! I just thought I should mention, that nice golden basketball in the middle is my BALL OF DIVINE POWER (or luck) which served me so well. He's a good little ball!

Anyway, festive spirit, sigh, how i wish i was at Port Macquarie for christmas, they decorate the streets with massive banners and giant ball balls. I dearly love the happy, hug a stranger, feelings christmas gives people. I wish i went caroling - i think i might hold a new year party this year, where we all stay up super late, and have lots of fun...better ask mum first :D
